By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to protect each other and set expectations on our service.
1. Generalities
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer that we issue a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Delivery costs are currently free for the whole of Switzerland!
Normally these costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
AventureSwiss will happily accept changes of mind returns as long as a return request reaches us within 15 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

4. Terms of delivery
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-3 days.
If you need faster delivery, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or by email at info@aventureswiss.com.
4.2 International Transit Time
Typically, orders shipped overseas are in transit for 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the carrier you have selected. We are able to give you a more accurate estimate when you choose your courier at checkout. Nevertheless, AventureSwiss has chosen to focus only on the national market for the moment and does not accept international orders.
5. Package damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged during transport, please reject the package from the delivery service if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact the customer service of the carrier for a finding of the damage.
You will be offered a reshipment or refund of the product once the delivery company has completed its investigation of the claim.
6. Customs duties and taxes
6.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
6.2 Import duties and taxes
Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and AventureSwiss encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to AventureSwiss at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of shipping back. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
