Refund Policy

You can return new, unused items with the original packaging and tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also bear the return postage if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc.).

Reimbursement will be made within 2 weeks of delivery of your package to the return sender. This period includes shipping time (2-3 business days), time for us to process your package (2-3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days).
